They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, plus the location was awesome, however it's just about the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain much too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as ended up the doors, the trim, much of the home furnishings, and many others.
